Creatspace don't delive

I have published a novel via [URL Removed] in the USA. During the publishing process, proof copies were sent to me with no problem - I had to pay shipping. Now I have ordered and paid a high shipping cost for 50 books to be shipped. I have not received them and on complaint they have allegedly sent a replacement batch which has also gone missing. I have had no logical explanation from createspace which should be reputable as they are an amazon company. Can you help? Case #03058439 Novel is "The Lost Hours" by irvine eidelman
