Pop up bull shit

Every time i try to check the time on my pcs phone, there is a frikin pop up bull shit ad. On it. It takes 15 to 30 seconds to remove the ad. I cant contact anyone to bitch and have the frikin b.S. Stoped. Everyone at the store says they cant do anything about it. And alot of people r complaining. So why dont they stop that shit. Anyone else havin this problem.??
