My alarm on the new phone you convinced we buy does not work and sometimes the phone does not ring but i have missed calls

I am going in to the store once again and if i am not satisfied i will be no longer using your services everytime i go in there all you guys want is more money for a new phone when you should replace the crappy phone you gave me in the first place it has made me late as this is my only alarm and my only phone so missed school for my kids and missed oppurtunities
