So Upset

I am very unhappy with Wirefly. I have only had my phones for a week now and they don't work. Everytime I call, they giv e me a sales rep then another sales rep who puts an new order in (which is not what I wanted) then... Finally customer servive. I asked several times to speak with floor supervisor and neverspoke to one. I can't go through Sprint to get my phones fixed because they came from. Wirefly. Now I'm stuck with two "brand new" phones that don't work. I wouldn't recommened this company to my worst enemy.
