Worst company

N1 wireess is the worst. Customer Service is non existant, their 24 hour help line nobody answers, it just rings and rings and rings. Sent 2 nasty e-mails with a phone number as well and demanded to be contacated. Here we are day 8 and no package. Finally got a person to answer ON DAY 8 AFTER 6 ATTEMPTS, He wanted to know what I wanted. I said i am checking to see where this order is. After giving him a invoice number he asked for the tracking number, I told him here we are on day 8 and no phone or tracking number which they will provide once it has been shipped. The male on the phone has no customer service skills and should probably be working in a stable shoveling shit rather than trying to do anything technical. He said it had been shipped but did not know when. REALLY!?!?

Stay away from this company, i will be watching my credit card daily to be sure these scam artists are brought to justice. Then to top it off if you go down below when writing this they want other information as to what you bought so the company can "address issue to improve" please that is just a nice way to say come fuck me again.

Oh and the trackin number was bogus..
