Dear Sprint - You tell me to reboot my phone after your equipment failure/national outage. As a result, my 2 MONTH OLD phone got its circuit board fried. You tell me I can (a) wait 6 weeks for warranty repair by Sansung (b) pay $35 to learn it's toast which I already know and then you tell me you can’t repair or replace it for 1-2 weeks b/c you have no parts or extra phones (c) buy a new phone @ full price starting at $180 or (d) add a new line @ $10 a month for 2 years and change my number. And you refuse to credit my bill for the time I am without service. Those aren’t solutions. It is just pure profit for you and no service for me. What a scam. You need to stand by the products you sell (a 2 month old phone should not get fried) and provide the service you are charging handsomely for. Looking forward to finding another provider once my contract expires.
