Upon renewal of my contract with AT&T mobile the rep recommended an IPHONE stating that the cost would be cheaper for the plan and the produce would be better that the Blackberry. He never mentioned that AT&T does not support this phone and that you have to go to Apple for everything. Since April it has gotten hot when in use, the battery life is short when using technology, now cannot text or get into ITUNES. Called AT&T they could not help, Called APPLE they said send them the phone.
This is my only phone so I cannot do without it. AT&T says I cannot go back to a Blackberry without a $300 charge. Locked into a contract for two years.
