My name is lenore herrera. I live on the outskirts of what seems to be a good coverage area. On a daily basis i get dropped calls, static, or just don't receive my calls. I have spent hours over the phone doing technical things to try and rectify the situation. I even swapped out the phones. Still i am receiving complaints from my family, friends, and my job for not answering calls that i don't receive. It should not be legal to charge someone for a service that is not being provided. I have three small children one of whom is autistic if something happens to us in our rural area, where i live and my phone doesn't work, what will happen? I have been told that if the problems continued i could break the contract, and now representatives are telling me that i can't. I have yet to speak to a supervisor, even though i repeatedly ask for one. This is bad business.
