This is the stupidest company i have ever dealt with

This company is so out of touch with it's customers!!! Not only do they not have a toll free number for customer service they never answer their phones and then they direct you to voice mail and the mail box is always full and you can never leave a message. They do not respond to emails at any of their addresses and give you 7 days to contact them. I have tried dozens of times since I rec'd a phone that is defunct and needs to be replaced and can't reach a soul stay away
