Fraudulent Charges

I received wording on my cell phone from an different organization that we simply dismissed in the beginning. They've today billed over $220 to my AT&t-bill. I've attempted unsuccessfully to unsubscribe, after looking several online panels simply to obtain the website info, that will be limited. I've noticed what should be a large number of grievances online, however my provider won't return the costs.
