FRAUD - Nokia phones

This company does not need improvement, they should be taken out of business. I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased their old rusted phones (that of course, were supposed to be new). I didn't receive my entire order and they never replied to my refund request emails. They wouldn't give me back my money and I am a dissatisfied customer with 2 non-working phones.
