I sent my iphone to these shysters. They quoted online $284. Everyone else was about $200. So I went with them. Their website looked ok. It took like nearly three weeks for them to "inspect it", and then I had to call them to "complete the process". I must have spent an hour on hold in total, calling them at least 4 times and sending them complaints in the meantime. When I finally got through, the dude told me that the price of my phone had dropped drastically and they could give me $120 only. I said "send it back", and magically he upped the price to $180. I didnt trust them at that point, and said yes, not thinking I would ever see the phone again if I said for them to send it back. I say they are bait and switch people, very unprofessional. Dont ever deal with them is my advice.
