On or around the middle of DECEMBER (note that Dec. 13th may not be the exact date) I bought an item at the Fye store and was asked to fill out some form or card for a discount and I could cancel after the purchase. I did and I cancelled that same day and never paid attention that for 10 months 11.99 was coming out automatically from my account. I spoke to a rep who said that they have the form but no cancellation. I want them to pay the $131.89 back.
