I ordered dead sea skin kit.
Money has been taken from my bank account but i have not received goods.
I have emailed countless times for a refund.
Please please help me. Ive been to manager at my local royal mail sorting office but no parcel there. I have also spoken to my postie and he has not handled any packages sent to me.
What can i do now?
