Ordered goods to the value of £8.43p on checking bank they had taken an extra £59.99p as well they have once again taken £59.99p out of my account i spoken to someone called kate to-day last month i spoke to someone called patrick she said no-one works here with that name have not recieved goods kate said i have not sent document's for them to send item out to my address surely if they took money from my bank account that should have been good enough
