A Man, named Andy davis called, couldn't speak good english. Sound like Irac people... Told me i was approved for an governor grant and ask me, want I needed it for. Told me i had to pay $3.87, which I did. Then He spoke so fast, couldn't get all info... Then handed to another guy, Frank Martin, he spoke the same way... Not goood english, and fast. Read all this crap to me sooo fast, heard some things, mostly prices, like 19.95,59.95 etc... Then told me not to go to open file for 24 hrs... So they could charge up my bank card fast... Within 10 mins... 19.95 was charged, right after the 3.87 was... If I hadn't called my bank and filed a complait, its hard telling what would of been out of my account... Waited to open form to fill-out... No access to it with my e-mail or zip code... Imagine... THAT!!! This is a BIG SCAM... To get your bank card info... Then charge you, all they can, plus 59.95 monthly to fill out a form..." as long as it's filled out correctly" As they say often... So that continues on for months... Years, if you let it... Take you for all they can. And they will...
