Cottmon Transmission and Auto Repai
So you didn't really do anything!

Miscellaneous

Let's start from the beginning.

My car has been having problems shifting from the second to third gear. So my father looks up some companies to help figure out what the problem could be. We settle on Cottmon Transmission and Auto Repair. We decided to drop my car off at night, so it will be there in the morning for them. (First problem!) There were no envelopes or papers, or anything for me to leave my information on. (Solution - found some paper in my car and a walmart bag and put it into their mail slot.)

Apparently my father had spoken with 'Mike' and they knew the car was gonna be there. So I call my father around 12pm today to see if he has heard anything. He then calls 'Mike' to see what the deal with my car is. They tell him that they will know by 1:30pm today. (okay fair enough)

(Second problem) 1:30... 2:00 I finally call my father to ask if he has heard anything. My dad has to call back into "MIKE" who says, we will have to take the transmission apart (that will be $500 and will take 2-3 days), all just to figure out WHAT the PROBLEM is.

Okay, so we go to pick my car up. Which is parked in the gas station next to the building. We walk in to talk to 'MIKE' and guess who is 'test driving a car'. Apparently, at this point my father has made arrangements and we pay nothing and will talk to 'Mike' later.

I get to my car (OMG! THIRD AND BIGGEST PROBLEM!). First I sit rather close to my steering wheel, always have, like old lady close. My seat is in the SAME EXACT POSITION. My rear-view mirror is still flipped into night mode?!!!

Okay, now what they told us was that they had test drove the car. How does a MAN sit into my car without moving the seat? How does someone test drive the car without moving the MIRRORS?!?!
