After a door-to-door solicitor sold this company's product to me on 11-14-12, I read the contract closer and realized that I would owe the company more money. I was not made aware of this up front, so I decided to cancel any transactions with the company. According to the contract on the sales receipt, a buyer can cancel their purchase within 3 days from the date of sale if the purchase exceeds $25. My purchase fell within these guidelines so I sent in the copy of my cancellation on 11-15-12. The contract states "When total price is $25.00 or more: You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the dates of this transaction. You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within tree business days from the above date. If you cancel, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument exectuted by you will be returned within 10 business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice. To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or send a telegram, to MILLENNIUM SALES, INC., at P.O. Box 366 W. Berlin, NJ 08091-2406 no later than midnight of 11-17-12." The business is only open M-Th from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. They won't answer my phone calls. They won't confirm my fax. You can't leave a message.
