An Individual Posing As Military Personnel Going To Iraq

I was attempting to buy a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this individual who was supposabaly going to Iraq or some place in the middle east. Thats why the price was set like that so the person could "sell" the car fast because they were leaving. Well I sent the moneygram to the individual and low and behold the promised Jeep to be delivered never came. Thing is the person asked me to fax the a copy of the moneygram to this number. Reason I'm just reporting this is because I just saw this website for scams because I was checking on something else. I've called the FBI back around the time this happened and they couldn't do anything for me. So this is my last effort. Hopefully you can help me. The money I used was left to me when my mother passed. Please help me!!
