Received a text message on my verizon cell phone on 12/03 @ 7:37 A.M. From #802-745-7544. The message read "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetWinner.com and enter your winning code 38485 to claim your FREE $1,000 gift card within 24 hours." Is Target looking into this and what about my cell phone provider do they have any responsibility to this matter?
