I received a text message from 626-430-0803 stating "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetWinner.com and enter your winning code 74637 to claim your FREE $1,000 Target gift card within 24hrs". I knew this was a scam since I don't sign up for 'contests' and don't give my cell phone number to solicitors. Found this site when I searched and decided to enter a complaint. The hassle is now to contact my cell phone provider, Verizon, and have the charge for the text message removed.
