On August 29,201`2 I ordered this product and received it September 13. I had called and wanted to send it back, but was talked into trying it for a week and, if I wasn't happy with it I could send it back for a full refund. I sent it back the first week of October and to date have had no communication from this company. Every telephone number I have called either claims I have reached the wrong company or a recording stating there is an error. I am starting to get very discouraged and, since I am my 70's and on a limited income, really am worried that I have been taken. Please help me get my money back!!
