A charge was on my account for $21.84. The creditor was at northside market. I did not use my card at this place and no one else has used this card. I don't know how this happended, but when i called i got a new card issued. They said they would send forms to fill out concerning this dispute. I fileed these forms out and sent them back. I got the runaround, saying why i didn't dispute any other charges. The reason is i told the person, the other charges on 10/26 and 10/29 were okay.in fact, when i called i went over all chareges with them within that time frame. I received a letter in the mail, denying my claim. When i called they said i did not sign the affidavit, which i did. They said they would send the forms, which i never did receive. This is very bad business. I never went through this with bank of america. I want some action on this. That charge is not an authorized charge of mine.
