He was trying to get back to the states after an oil rig accident and taxes he owed from money paid out to him in the philippines. He sent me flowers, candy, and a build a bear stuffed animal with an I love you message in the paw. He phoned me very often with the number 447700092566. I sent him money through western union to help pay his tax money. The amount of money I sent was 2600 dollars.
