Refusal to cancel magazine subscription for over last year and fraudulently charging my credit card

I recieved a phone call over a year ago toget free magazines, I agreed and suddenly they wanted to charge me over $700. I cancelled and paid $79 the next day as penalty. They sent me magazines even thogh I told them I wanted none, then started phoning me and harasing me into resubscribing (you can check my phone list for the lasy year, there as been over 30 calls). Then the calls started coming every second day. The number shown on my cell was 303-232-2787. I finally phoned them back and talked to Mr Alexander Mora and then his manager Maurice White. The background noise for the phone number sounded like a full blown telephone sales group. They said I couldn't cancel the the subscription or the phone calls unless I gave them my credit card number because the computer required a number and couldn't cancel otherwise. Finally I gave it to them. They gave me a cancelation confirmation number 20969885 and an account # 5401683099612332. This week I recieved a bill in the mail from them for $1300. Without my authorization, they made a withdrawl on my Chase Masercard for $49.99 on November 13. I immediately phoned Chase and got them to cancel any charges from Publications @ Mile High. They are investigating this charge of $49.99 as the letter says it will be monthly for 2 years.
