Through an ad on the weather network I agreedto a free trial of "Alore" for the shipping fee of $ 1.99. This amount was charged on Sep. 19. I received the tryalore beginning of Oct. But on Sep. 21. I was charged an additional $ 94.36withour being able to try the product. On Oct. 17. I cancelled with a most pleasant representative of the company and was assured of a refund. Unfortunately I did not keep the name and since no refund is showing on my statements, I called again and talked with a very unpleasant person. I wrote and ask for explanation but have not heard from them since.
