On march 19 I was asked to participate in a online survey, answering 4 questions. For your participate you can a select 3 gifts, only pay shipping charges. I choose Alore wrinkle cream $2.97 I paid this by debit. On may 1 I was checking my bank account and notice the amount of $94.28 was subtracted from my account. I called the Alore company they told me i signed up for a trial period to try their cream. There was nothing about a trial period on this product, nothing saying about a trial period. The person I talked with admit to them having this problem, with many customer complaints. My bank is filling wrong doing charges. When I received my product in the mail there was no invoice, statement of any kind. The company who is offering these surveys is index. About.com
