All Seasons Travel And Resorts rip-off!

I had entered into a lottery for a free vacation trip, and all seasons resot called me saying I won the lottery and told me about the vacation, after listening to what i have won, I said yes for everything and they said they needed 700$ to book this trip which is worth 3500$. I said yes for it.

Next day I called back saying I wasnted to cancel it.
And they made me listen to the recorded conversation last night and said they wont refund the money back. This was done in fe 2004. I havent used the trip yet. I noticed all the complaints again all seasons on this site,
so thought of writing about my experience too.
