I agreed to do a survey for a major dept store and was offerred a choice of three (3) products or services for my participation. I chose the cream. I was billed $4.95 but the amount offerred was only $2.95. I tried to cancel using their cancelation url, but it did not work. I received an e-mail from them concerning payment for future shipments and a notice that my c/c would not go through. I had canceled the card due to a problem with my number being used on line at the store that gave me the option for their product. It was used on the 5th of November. I did not make the $325.00 charge but someone on the other side of my computer did. I do not intend to give my new number to them. I tried calling to cancel and explain, but they were closed.
