Returned Lost Item Stolen Again

When returning an IPhone fund at the establishment the night before. I was told whom the manager name, Tom and to wait outside. After waiting outside for 50 minutes, I was told to speak to Claudio whpeak refused to let me in or advise the owner. He told me to speak with head of security Shawn who toothed phone told me I really didn't have to return it and said next time I come back offered comp tickets. I didn't feel comfortable. That it went to the right person.
