North Texas Tollway Authority Unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account

If anyone is going to sue them I want in.
On the 11-15-12 I called NTTA to pay invoices I received in the mail. I asked the customer service person why my toll tag wasn't charged. She said they had tried to charge my CC but couldn't. I gave them this information the last time I had received an invoice. I did not get the toll tag discount so when she asked me if I wanted her to set up the account to that
current card I said NO and I was very clear.

11-21-12 (Thanksgiving wk) $40.00 taken out of my account anyway.

11-26-12 I called CS and spoke with Megan witch put me through to the supervisor Carla. She said
she would pull the records within 24-48 hours to verify my story.

11-28-12 called CS spoke to Carla again. She tried to twist the story and I was very mad and told her I wanted a copy of the phone recording, and I was going to file fraud charges with my bank. She said she would refund my money within 3 business
days. She want me to return my toll tag that day so I GPSed it after work but I couldnt find it.

11-29-12 $40 more
taken out of my account. Called to CS center and they said she threatened me
that if I didnt return the card she would charge my account again and thats a lie.
I asked for my account to be closed. I can be invoiced. You can mail the tag into the office per the website.

They took my living. I can't even get groceries or my prescriptions filled.
I filed with my bank. I have to call all the businesses I have set my bills up to auto pay and set up another way to pay them until my new card comes in the mail.
