Brian Littleton, Shareasale no commissions paid, scam, does not respond to emails

My brother paid $1900 to a call center to generate leads for one of Shareasales advertisers. However right before he was supposed to receive his first payment his account was suspended. When my brother attempted to contact Brian Littleton the CEO he received no response until he called an additional 3 times, and then it was simply an email response.

Brian claimed that my brother was self generating leads, which is ridiculous because he blind barged the prospect calls in order to verify that they in fact filled out the form. This is not right, my brother is out close to 2 grand and on top of that Brian Littleton accused him of fraud besmirching his character. Brian Littleton needs to make things right here.

If my brother does not receive satisfaction in this matter my law firm is planning on bringing a civil RICO suit against Shareasale and Mr. Littleton. I hope that it doesn't come to litigation, however I am fully prepared to seek a just remedy for my brother.
