Failure to provide service and contract while debiting fee from my bank account from a tele sales call. I've made 5 phone calls to the company who have not returned promised phone calls, using the excuses of 'he's in a meeting', 'we'll pop another one (contract) in the post, finally - (from manager) 'you're not in our system, you haven't paid, prove that you have' - my bank statement does prove it, so should their accounts dept. Service is to stop cold calling which hasn't happened. I don't wish to receive any service from them, now, or an 'accidentally mislaid contract' which didn't allow me the customary cancellation, I'd like my fee of £50.00p repaid
