I did not realize I was speaking with My Tech Help - I thought I was calling technical support through Apple. I still don't know how this happened, and it is only now that I am calling them that I realize I was scammed. I was calling Apple because the Facetime on my new iPhone 5 was not working. I was told by the representative that I would have to pay $100 to get the help I needed to get this fixed, and although this sounded fishy, because I thought I was speaking with Apple, I stupidly assented. Now, I can never get through to them without an hour or longer wait on hold, and my FaceTime still doesn't work. What I don't understand is how I even got on the phone with them as I was googling "Apple technical support". Do NOT give these people your money. They are crooks.
