Extra Space Storage
No Refund Without Timely Move-Out Inspection

So unless you go through their timely move-out process (where you spend the day with the stooge in the office inspecting their precious empty room) you won't be getting a refund of any sort. Extra Space sucks and I will never recommend them to anyone.
