Why can't they just give you what you paid for?

We just got home from Boston Market. We went through the drive thru and ordered. Once I got home and unpacked the food we have NO GRAVY for the mashed potatoes. None on the potatoes and we had ordered EXTRA gravy and we did not have those either. I called and got some story about how they were busy and one of the headsets was not working. I do not care. I came to your place of business to order my food because I too am very busy and trying to feed my family. Now I have a meal I will not eat because i have no gravy for the potatoes or the meat. I was told by the girl on the phone that I could come back to the store and they will get me my gravy. I do NOT want to drive another 10-15 minutes in city traffic to get what I should have gotten in the first place. Next time (IF I DECIDE TO COME BACK) I will have you unpack the entire order at the window and check to make sure you have everything because you are ripping off the public by not producing what the consumer is requesting and paying their hard earned money for. Very disappointed, no, not disappointed, very pissed off!!!
