Like everyone, it seems, I also have been apparently scammed by this company. I have sent several "tickets" (as the company likes to call them) trying to resolve this non-payment issue and have not gotten a single reply from anyone other than the auto generated response to my ticket (just submitted the third). Apparently, there is NOONE manning the ticket submissions, or the ticket submissions are being ignored.
