I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from this company and they were nothing like the picture of the item and arrived damaged. Also they SMELLED of a STRONG chemical (possibly Glue???) I contacted the company via email to let them know I was highly dissatisfied and requested a refund. They refuse to provide a return address or a refund. Yet their website states they offer refunds if customer is dissatified. They asked me for pics of damaged items and I provided them but no resolve as of yet. Do not buy anything from these people!!!
