Ordered a chanel handbag and 3 pairs of raybans costing over $500.00
When I recieve them they appear to be replicates, I've tried contacting them but had no reply.
One of their sites seems to be shut down by Gucci America, who seem to be pressing charges against them.

I have no idea how to get a refund from them?
