Ordered a pet carrier from eluxury. Me and received a women’s handbag. They requested I take pictures of it and send it back and they would exchange it. I did so (at my own expense of $80.00) and still have not received what I ordered. I email them weekly only to get encrypted responses from them stating their commitment to customer service etc. And they will get it to me soon. This has been over 90 days now.
