I ordered a free trial kit listed on their web page for $2.95 on 5/29. I used a virtual credit card number which was good on only one charge. I have my credit card statement to prove that they charged $2.95. They later harassed me with mails saying that they tried to send new shipment, but my credit card number was no longer good. I sent them a mail saying that I never ordered any new shipment and they should stop this unethical behavior. Since I never received that new shipment, I thought that would be the end of it. I just got another letter from them on 11/17 saying that I owe them $98.16 on some phantom shipment, and they threatened to turn me over to some collection agent. I don't know if there is any use reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Does anybody having any idea to get these unethical people out of business?
