Purchased 2 pair of Ugg boots, they are probably fake because the sizes are way off. I can not find any contact information for the company other than replying to the email invoice they sent me and sending a message through their website, which I have done a dozen times. No response & all I really want is to exchange them, although probably fake, I at least want them to fit. I also bought a size big thinking I was plenty safe. It's a scam, I'm sure I got ripped off. @! $%a!
