Had $39.99 removed from my checking account from this company when I did not purchase anything. When I called them they said it was a "credit" for merchandise and would not issue me a refund. When I told them I would like to cancel my "membership" (that I was unaware of), they said fine but they would still not give me a refund and if I wanted to use the credit I would have to CALL them and wouldn't receive it otherwise.
