I was contacted by company offering to assist with my credit card debt. They asked for a payment of $998.00. I agreed, but asked them not to run it through until I received paperwork to review.
The next day they charged my B of A charge card the full amount.
I have made countless calls to Gary Fernandez and other reps. I was told I qualified for a refund (in late August) but have had no satisfaction.
Other reps were Gina, Vanessa, John Gonzalez.
