I received many calls from someone named "Ann" wanting to help me get my credit cards down. Finally I decided to try it and gave them my Juniper card to take the money from. I spoke with Gary Fernandez and did all the things I was supposed to do, plus attempting to correct some things on my credit (which were never there in the first place). On July 18, I had a phone conversation with Gina Thompson and asked her why I had not had a call-back on my info. She said Gary Fernandez would call me on the 25. He did, and I finally told him to cancel the venture and refund my money. He said he would check with customer service and see if I was eligible. He called back and said that I should expect to receive it back within two billing cycles. On September 4, I spoke with Christopher Grady who said I should get it about September 26. I didn't; On October 9, Gina Thompson was reached and she said she would push it. On October 12, Ashley Hagan said it would hit on November 9. I asked her to push it because each month, my Juniper bill was more than double what I had paid in the past. On October 17, I spoke with Gina again and she said there was nothing more she could do; I asked for Gary again and she said it wouldn't help. It is now November 19 and still no reimbursement. I am retired and need this money put back into my credit card to lower the monthly note. Please help! I have been trying to reach them again and the phone is messed up.
