On 10-18-12 I Icalled 1-800-593-2664-Ext. 133 which I got from Employment guide.com, Chicagoland and ordered a book for Federal Postal job exam preparation. They said the cost of the material is $127.99 and charged to my credit card. I asked for a receipt to send by email, they send an email but it did not contain the amount, I again requested they send another email but it did not contain the amount. Immediatly I send a request for cancelation of the order my email, the same day couple of hours after the order but they did not cancel my order and send the material. I retrurned the material by USPS and confirmed delivery of material on 10-26-12. I called on 10-30-12 to phone number 1-888-392-6798, they acknowledged the recipt of material and said I will get the refund within 16 to 18 days. I called 11-26-12 to phone numbers 1-800-593-2664 and 1-888-392-6798, both are not working. This looks like a scam.
