Travel Options sold us a vacation to Orlando Florida for a specific time. When the time came, we were unable to make the trip. Upon calling the company, we requested a refund which they declined to give. We were given the option to extend the time for additional money. We unfortunately paid the additional fee. We could not make the trip the second time and allowed the time to lapse. We have since been called on several occasion to renew again for additional money which we continue to decline. Today I called the company and requested removal from their calling list.
