I was checking my account and came across an unauthorized debit to my account. I tried calling this company and they tried to send me to a website that would refund my money. I submitted the request but I also spoke with my bank and she told me to file a dispute with the bank to make sure I get my money back along with any other fees associated with making my account overdrawn.
