Text Claimed Target Prize Despite Do Not Call Registration

Received a text msg saying I won $1000 if I go to targetcontests.com.

Not only is my cell no. Private, I also have it registered with "Do Not Call Registry". I'm appalled at this scam crap. Please do what you can to fix this. Ty
