A computorized robot took order all wrong. Tried to get a person to talk to and it was imposible to get a human to discuss the order with. I must talk to a sales representative to get the order straighten. I do not want to get what I do not want to, or did not order. I thought it could be a good deal but it ends up we all need humans after all
